This website is operated by Meowyeah. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Meowyeah. Meowyeah offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here.
By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Natural stones, pearls, amber, and wood may vary in color, luster, grain, pattern, size, shape, and appearance. These natural variations are not defects and make each piece individual.
Jewelry symbolism, gemstone meanings, Five Element guidance, and references to protection, balance, calm, prosperity, good fortune, or similar ideas are provided for cultural, historical, personal, or decorative purposes only. 4. PRICES, AVAILABILITY, AND CHANGES
Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products or services at any time. Prices do not include taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or import fees unless stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or promotional errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment or shipment. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping address before completing checkout.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

7. JEWELRY CARE AND USE
Jewelry should be handled and worn with reasonable care. Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, do not assume an item is waterproof. Avoid prolonged water exposure, chemicals, perfume, lotions, pools, seawater, impact, excessive pulling, and improper storage.
Some jewelry contains small parts and is not intended for young children. Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care or safety information provided.
